Please note that shipments from our Australian warehouse are experiencing delays of up to 5 business days currently due to the peak shopping period during November and December. Our warehouse is doing their best to move stock as quickly as possible. The US warehouse is up to date and will have your orders dispatched within 2 business days.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Pontiac, Michigan for fast delivery across the United States and Canada. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days!

Processing & Delivery Times 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 2pm EST are usually shipped the same business day. 

Delivery Times: 

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery to your door. 

Order Changes & Address Updates 

Our warehouse team works quickly to get your order shipped! Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend.
